Research Paper Topics That Benefit From Comparative PoliticsThe best research paper topics are always comparative politics. Comparative politics is the study of political systems in different countries. The subjects of the paper include such things as the historical development of the country, its political systems, its economic system, its educational system, its religious beliefs, its social systems, and the like.
These subjects are of course not exclusively the issue, they can be used to relate one country to another, or it can be used to explain why one country's social system works better than another country's social system. The difference can be huge and important. In order to illustrate this point, I can tell you what the top three most commonly used social systems are. They are: democratic republic, dictatorial republic, and a constitutional monarchy. None of these systems or forms of government are perfect and all are more or less workable to some degree. Now these social systems do not create the perfect society, or the best society on earth. However, they can all be used to create a very good society, a good system of government, and an acceptable economic situation. In fact, these systems might even make a society and its people better off. Think about that for a moment. It seems a little unfair that our democracies should be different from others that do not use democracy. Yet, here we are, and we all seem to benefit from democracy. Why? Well, of course we all believe that it is for the right reasons. Democracy does allow freedom and liberty. So, it makes sense to improve on the existing systems of government in other countries and to use those to improve our own system. For example, we use a lot of the concepts of classical liberalism in our modern systems of government. We trust law and order, and we like things being simple and not subject to too much government interference. We trust our youth, and their ability to grow up and become successful in life, and that is a great concept. All of these are concepts we learned from our previous history, and all come from the great thinkers of the past. Because of this, I think it is understandable that we feel they are what we should have and we should continue to adopt. If we continue to adopt them in our political systems it will always mean progress for us and it will also mean that we continue to improve upon the existing systems.

4/19/2020 0 Comments Writing a Good Persuasive SpeechWriting a Good Persuasive SpeechWriting a good persuasive speech can be quite an ordeal. You are sure to go through several topics, and it's probably not a good idea to attempt more than one or two, especially if you haven't written anything like that before.
However, if you take the time to think about what topics are most important to people when it comes to a good persuasive speech, you'll find that it will make sense to write a great outline and to then take the time to practice. This will ensure that you really understand the material before writing your speech. A good way to get started is to outline your material in advance, and then write each topic on the page as a separate essay. Once you have the topics all down on paper, you can move on to each topic at a time and just write down the questions you will need to ask the audience. You don't want to get caught up on just the presentation of your material, but you do want to focus on the subjects you need to ask about. If you're going to start with an introduction, this should probably be the last thing you write. There is no point in writing about a subject you haven't taken time to familiarize yourself with. Also, don't forget to use humor in your writing. This is so that you can keep the audience interested, and that will keep them talking as well. The next thing you should consider is how political debate and discussion will be presented. If you think it will be something that you'll need to write a good amount of material about, you might want to consider writing some material on the topic first. You can then move on to writing the speech by getting familiar with the material and thinking about how it will be presented. You can learn a lot by reading political topics, and ifyou do research you can learn some things that other people have not thought of yet. For example, you might realize that the party of the president did not like the vice president. If you can come up with something unique about the vice president, that will really work in your favor in a debate. You should also try to write some 'personal' things if you're going to be using your own personal points. You can present them as an anecdote, or you can tell them in a humorous way, if you want to. Again, the audience will not mind. Remember that good speeches aren't just about your ability to talk, but they should have a sense of style. If you've planned ahead and written your topics carefully, you'll be able to write good persuasive speeches. |
